From it's inception in 1965 and subsequent completion in 1975, Rossland park continues to be the most desirable rental address in Oshawa. Covering over 50 acres in Oshawa's prestigious north end, this complex houses over 3,500 tenants.

With the philosophy of giving good value for a tenants rental investment, Herman Kassinger embarked on an extensive research program, gleaning the best ideas from similar communities in Europe and applied them to Rossland Park.

A great deal of consideration was put into a design which would ensure an attractive community that would continue to grow more beautiful with each passing year.
